Connection Issue between Slide and the Banks - RESOLVED

We identified a connection issue between The Slide App and the Banks.

You may experience some latency in receiving your balances and transactions or you will not be able to connect to your bank.

The issue preventing some users from connecting to their bank has now been resolved.

If you had any problems connecting to your bank in the last 2 weeks, please log in to the Slide app and try again.

If you had no balances or transactions update for the last few days, please reconnect to your bank.
